Entry Requirements for MWC Las Vegas 2024

Get ready for North America's premier event for the enterprise 5G ecosystem.

Step 1Register

Make sure you are fully registered and have received an email confirmation before arriving at the venue. The are NO onsite registration facilities at the event so it is important to be ready before you arrive.

If you have not registered beforehand, you will need to use your mobile device to register before being able to access.

Step 2 Download the MWC App

Access to MWC Las Vegas is now done digitally via the new MWC App using a Digital Access Pass.

Please use the link above to download the app - available on Android, App Store and HUAWEI AppGallery. Please make sure that you follow these instructions and check that your pass is working before arriving at the venue.

You must present this pass in order to access the venue.

Step 3 Access the Event

On the day of your visit, please make sure your mobile device is fully charged.

Open your MWC App and present your Digital Access Pass at the entry lanes. Make sure you also have a form of Government issued photo ID such as passport / driving licence as you may be asked to show this as well.

Inside the Venue

Once inside the venue, you will be able to collect a Networking Badge and lanyard at one of our print stations.

Print stations are available on Levels 1 and 2. Your Networking Badge can be used for lead retrieval purposes and for scanning into sessions (subject to eligibility).  It cannot be used for perimeter access.
