Teddy Zee is a producer with over thirty years of experience in Hollywood. He served as EVP at Columbia Pictures and SVP at Paramount Pictures. Best known for such films as Pursuit of Happyness, Hitch, Charlie’s Angels, Saving Face, Cable Guy, My Girl, Anaconda, and Indecent Proposal, the movies Zee produced or supervised have amassed over $2.6 billion in revenue. Next year, his documentary film King of KPOP will premiere on Amazon Prime Video.
Zee is co-founder of ShortTV, the pioneer in the short video vertical format that is disrupting the entertainment business around the world. He is also Co-Founder of IdeasLab, a company that creates AI models for sports, fitness, and physical rehab. They are launching XView Golf, which analyzes the golf swing using only an iPhone.
Some of the companies Zee has advised include KPOP’s SM Entertainment; Vizio, a leading HDTV maker; Ford Models, the iconic global modeling agency; Tapas Media, a platform of mobile-based web-stories; SmartStudy, the Korean animation company behind Baby Shark; and Meitu, the Chinese photo and video app company.
He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from Cornell University.
