Mary Ellen Knauff is a Solution Engineer for the Ascendon product at CSG. She has experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on complex rating & charging, prepaid, postpaid and one time billing. Mary Ellen has a deep understanding of BSS and OSS systems and is a highly skilled problem solver. She is passionate about helping customers implement Ascendon solutions to improve their business operations. Mary Ellen holds a BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
