Bela Toth is Solution Consultant, Sr., at CSG, responsible for go-to-market analytics and strategies for CX (Customer Experience) solutions. He possesses deep knowledge within the telecommunication, financial and health/insurance industries focusing on customer engagement analysis, journey orchestration, and customer communication channels.
Bela’s career has pivoted on BSS solution knowledge operating as a SaaS model and the integration/cross pollination into CX strategies. He has been with CSG for 28+ years and holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.
