Speaker Bio
Noelani McGadden is a business executive with nearly 30 years of experience spanning wireless, mobile, broadband, IoT and startup industries. In her current role, McGadden is responsible for Global Strategic Accounts within Netmore. Prior to Netmore, Noelani worked as a consultant with a host of organizations including ATT, Verizon, KDDI, Samsung, T-Mobile, Charter Communications and Telia Mobitel, to name a few. As a result of her experience, Noelani has deep expertise in creating strategic go-to-market plans around value-added services and has helped telecommunications providers develop and execute new business models to monetize assets and deploy IoT services through creative partnerships. She understands the challenges around creating a framework in nascent markets and has prepared digital strategies for IoT companies to accelerate adoption and drive long-term brand value.
Noelani has lived and worked in Japan, Israel, Holland and Sweden and has spoken on IoT and application design at Carnegie Mellon University, Denver University and Colorado Women’s College. In her spare time, she enjoys boating, kayaking, hiking and running and watching her kids in sports. Noelani has a degree in Math and Computer Science and MBA from the University of Denver and was on the NCAA Division II national gymnastics championship team at the University of Denver and a 4 year NCAA athlete.
