Leo is a co-founder and EVP for MatSing, a company which he started with father and brother in 2005. SInce its inception, MatSing has pioneered the world’s first lightweight, multibeam Lens Antenna technology used for telecom and satellite connectivity, and Leo has been instrumental in the company's global success. As a visionary and technology leader, Leo has helped shape the path that MatSing has taken with the innovative lens technology. Today, lens antennas are widely used to deliver high-capacity & ultra-fast mobile broadband connectivity for 4G and 5G in venues, events and macros.
