Session Description

Virtually every business, enterprise, and organization of any size is looking to engage with consumers through a trusted means of communication. Regulators and policymakers are also looking to ensure that consumer engagement is rooted in a trusted ecosystem whether via messaging or voice platforms. This forum provides an opportunity for ecosystem stakeholders to learn about the latest efforts to facilitate non-consumer to consumer communication while keeping consumer protection at the core of industry efforts.  

 

This is an invitation only session. You must have pre-registered and been accepted by CTIA to be admitted. Walk ups will not be permitted into the session.
