MWC Las Vegas, in partnership with CTIA, is fast approaching, and we cannot wait to welcome attendees from every corner of the enterprise IT ecosystem, including CIOs, mobile network operators, systems integrators, network architects, developers, vendors, and many more.
The event is one of the rare occasions you’ll find leaders from across North America’s enterprise IT community under one roof, and our event agenda will showcase the solutions that are driving value across businesses in a diverse range of industries. With global interest mounting about GenAI, especially driven by the innovation and leadership of companies in the US, the broad topic of AI will feature prominently across this year’s keynotes, panel sessions and workshops.
And with AI in mind, we can’t wait to welcome big thinker Malcolm Gladwell, New York Times best-selling author of The Tipping Point and cofounder of Pushkin industries and T-Mobile for Business’ chief marketing officer, Mo Katibeh, for a fireside chat on AI-powered innovation on day 2. Azizi Seixas, the interim chair for the Department of Informatics and Health Data Science and founder director of the Media and Innovation Lab, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, will join what promises to be a fascinating discussion.
The mobile industry has a strong track record in the pioneering use of new technologies and AI is no exception. Earlier this month, GSMA Intelligence released the first of a four-part series on the expanding use of AI in telecoms, which showed 81% of operators are currently testing GenAI solutions in applications, including network operations and customer contact centers. The GSMA also recently launched the first AI Maturity Roadmap, providing operators with tools and guidance on assessing and testing the use of AI, to ensure the industry can tap into the estimated $680bn market opportunity in an ethical and sustainable way.
