Speaker Bio

Greg joined Commissioner Carr's office in 2021 as a Policy Advisor and is now serving as Chief of Staff. Before coming to the FCC, Greg was an advisor to U.S. CTO Michael Kratsios in the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, where he advanced numerous 5G and rural broadband initiatives during the Trump Administration. Prior to joining OSTP, Greg was a tech and telecom staffer on Capitol Hill, starting at the Energy and Commerce Committee under Chairman Walden and later working for then-House Majority Whip Steve Scalise. Greg holds undergraduate degrees in history and political science from East Carolina University.
