Mo Katibeh is the Chief Marketing Officer of T-Mobile for Business (TFB). In his role, Mo leads all aspects of the TFB marketing strategy and execution. Mo’s team isresponsible for creating, refining, and executing marketing strategy, pricing and promotion, and the communication, creative and distribution strategy for how T-Mobile showsup in market to help define and drive the next era of Un-carrier for TFB. Mo directly supports the T-Mobile Business Group, under the leadership of Callie Fields, to help deliver exponential and industry leading growth by amplifying the TFB brand and delivering a data-driven marketing approach with targeted experiences for new and existing customers.
Mo's distinctive expertise is in driving transformational, efficient, and profitable growth, and helping businesses expand market share through product innovation and expansion of addressable markets. He is passionate about pursuing a customer and people centric approach to creating generational businesses that deliver long-term value for all stakeholders.
Mo grew up in the United Kingdom and has lived in Europe, the Middle East, South America, and the United States. He is fluent in Farsi and English. He holds a bachelor’s degree with majors in international business, marketing, and philosophy from Oklahoma State University and an executive MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
