Speaker Bio
Ricardo is a Product Development Leader at Microsoft, where he leads the development of Azure Programmable Connectivity—a platform that empowers developers to build and deploy network-intelligent applications on Azure. Before joining Microsoft, Ricardo held key roles at Cisco Systems, worked as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company, and contributed to the strategy teams at HSBC and American Express. He began his career as a network engineer at Level 3 Communications. Ricardo holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an M.A. in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
