Noah Tulsky is Chief Strategy Officer & Chief of Staff at Dense Air. Noah also is a Partner at Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners (SIP) where he is responsible for the origination, diligence, and execution of technology-enabled infrastructure transactions. He also held positions at Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division, where he worked on and managed investments in power, ports, transportation, and telecommunication businesses for the firm’s infrastructure funds. Noah graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Government and Economics. At Dense Air, Noah works cross-functionally to develop and implement strategic initiatives related to Dense Air’s commercial go-to-market and product roadmap and supports major partnerships and strategic finance.
