As Head of the Telecommunications vertical at UiPath, Bob is responsible for guiding and empowering Telecommunications companies across North America to achieve transformative outcomes through automation and AI. With over 20 years in the telecommunications industry, Bob began his professional journey at Comcast, where he was one of the pioneering members of Comcast Business. In this role, he played a critical part in developing and scaling the company's first commercial products as well as establishing the National Customer Operations organization where he oversaw process, technology and automation initiatives for frontline teams. Bob has also served as head of operations for multiple growth businesses as part of the Comcast Strategic Development Team.
