Kat is a partner in Wiley's Telecom, Media & Technology practice. She counsels a range of wireless, technology, and critical infratsructure companies on issues surrounding emerging technologies, privacy, and cybersecurity at both the federal and state level, and she has as extensive experience advising clients in a variety of regulatory, legislative, compliance, and transactional matters. Kat is a certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT) and Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
