Tech4Girls is dedicated to empowering young women aged 18 and above in their career journeys by connecting them with influential leaders and career development resources. Taking place over two dynamic days, Tech4Girls at MWC Las Vegas 2024 will allow the girls to explore the dynamic Wireless Telecom Industry and discover exciting professional opportunities in technology. Sponsored by T-Mobile, Verizon, and the Women’s Wireless Leadership Forum (WWLF), the program underscores the tech ecosystem's commitment to fostering gender diversity and supporting young women in telecommunications as key drivers of innovation and societal advancement.

Day 2: Thursday, October 10th 2024
The second day will focus on Career Development, offering students valuable insights from industry professionals on navigating the job search process. Sessions will cover essential topics such as crafting your digital persona, participating in Interview Advice Sessions led by Professionals, and utilizing tools to enhance their job search.
Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to get a professional headshot, perfect for their LinkedIn profiles and other professional platforms.
