Session Description
Artificial intelligence (AI) has been used in network management for over a decade but in many ways, 2023 was the year that people began to understand what AI can really do. Generative AI has captured global interest to an unprecedented degree, with a wide and range of exciting use cases from robotics and human-machine collaboration, to enabling digital twins that can transform physical and virtual spaces. Now, with the added intelligence of quantum compute and enterprise ready solutions, carriers have the tools and network intelligence to move excitement to deployment.
The telecoms and technology industries, by definition, are in a state of constant change and intense competition. Marketing has become a key differentiator in every industry, especially the tech and telecoms industry.
Evolving the role of marketing and reshaping its functions to match is a constant challenge in light of new AI technology, the volume and richness of data, changing skills, the need to increase cross-functional collaboration and evolving customer expectations. Marketing leaders must address these challenges.
